3. Pick 1 item, goal, on your “List”
a. Write 3-5 milestones to accomplish that goal
4. Repeat number 3 for all the items on your “List”
5. Start researching
6. Start scheduling
7. Start doing!
8. Remove negative factors from your life
9. Add positive factors to your life
10. Do something every day towards your goals
