5/5/2025 - We found an abandoned dog at a gas station while out on a photo shoot of an old bridge.
5/6/2025 - Having 'the dog' checked for a micro chip at the local fire department. NO CHIP.
5/8/2025 - Daytrip to Sandra Peak, lunch & hike.
5/9/2025 - 'The dog' has had no response to contacting local authorities to identify her owners. She received a name (Maya) and a vet visit is made for initial vaccinations and insertion of a microchip. Stopped at the store for a collar, food, fluffy bed and all other essentials.
5/10/2025- Moving day. Albuquerque NM to Canon City, Love's RV Park. 'The dog' Maya is coming with us.
5/11/2025 - Mother's Day, Melissa surprise visits us in Canon City.

12/23/2025 - Beach day. Derek saved a boy's life from drowning in the ocean. Dinner at Zai, Mediterranean cuisine
12/24/2025 - Daytrip to the ruins in Tulmum. Swimming in the cenote Canamayte, cenote Chen Ha, and lunch cooked by Mayan tribe.
